Great location and professionally managed. Close to shopping and local restaurants, there is a convenience store adjacent to the building.
We have new TVs, appliances, etc.
Due to thickness on the building’s walls, wifi works great on most devices; on some devices with different antennas; wifi signal may not reach the bedrooms
We manage more than one identicalapartments. You will find the exact same layout, you can find different furnishing styles or colors, all are same quality as shown in the photos

Close to "Parque delta" a mall with all kinds of stores, groceries, banks & movie theaters just a 10 minutes walk.
There is a24 hour conveniente store downstairs for all momentary needs, payments, ATM, etc.
Host is really attentive & extra quick responding! always interested in doing a better job hosting and with excelent recommendations!
I strongly recomend to anyone visiting Mexico either for short or long term rentals!
The New building is on superb conditions, The elevator is always available and everything is super clean and impeccable.
Gated parking available upon request (additional charge).
