This beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features new furnishings, laminate flooring and paint throughout.
The open-concept floor plan features a living area with a queen sleeper sofa, large Smart TV and access to the private balcony overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The dining area seats 5 comfortably with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar.
The spacious kitchen features granite counters, a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of supplies to cook a meal for your guests. The separate laundry room is located just off the kitchen as well.
The main bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and views of the lagoon and golf course. The private bathroom has an updated vanity area with a tub/shower combination.
The guest bedroom features a queen bed, as well as a day bed, and a flat screen TV. You can enter the bathroom from the hall or guest bedroom, and it has tiled walk-in shower.
Explore an array of Colonnade Club rentals - a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard. This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
