Shipmaster 1301 is an inviting, family-friendly townhome located in Shipyard, just a short distance from the beach. This tastefully-decorated vacation rental features a comfortable living room, an updated, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a dining area with seating for six. Off the back of this home is an open and furnished private patio complete with a gas grill. There's also a furnished balcony on the second story that overlooks this entire space.

Shipyard Plantation is an 800-acre gated community conveniently located in the heart of the south end of Hilton Head Island. The complex is just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach, as well as being conveniently Close to the popular Coligny shopping and dining complex. The community also has three nine-hole golf courses, the world-renowned Van der Meer tennis center, a health spa, and miles of well-maintained trails for biking and hiking.

​Right on! This beach house was a total dream and definitely a 5-star experience. Seriously, the ocean views were insane – Waking up to waves and coffee with that scenery? Pure magic. The place itself was super clean and styled perfectly, with everything you'd need in the kitchen. The beds were comfy, too, which is always a win. Direct beach access was a game-changer, making beach days a breeze. The host was awesome – great communication and super helpful. They really made sure our stay was perfect.

This home was beautifully decorated and just a short drive or walk to the beach. After we worked with Lorie from Vacasa and the property owner to remedy the air conditioning situation, our stay was very pleasant! I would highly recommend this unit!

I booked a last minute trip to HHI and was surprised to find home last minute. The price was good the home was nice and clean. The third room was very small but good for the kids. The air didn't work upstairs but they had ceiling fans and two small fans to use. The downstairs was too cold but over all the house was nice.

Though it's nicely decorated and well equipped (and I love Shipyard), I would not stay here again due the a/c really not strong enough to cool the upstairs. Even in early June, it was too hot upstairs. Everyone was uncomfortable sleeping except for the person on the sofa bed downstairs (where it was cold). Needed at the minimum some additional fans. Also the bunk room is not really a room, but a closet. It's not big enough for teens. It's fine for small children.
