This magnificent and very elegant 54 m² one-bedroom flat, situated on the 2nd floor with a lift, will be your very comfortable home away from home in Lyon. This flat for two people offers all the space and elegance you are looking for.
It comprises an entrance hall, as well as a large, light-filled living area with a sitting area and a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a shower and a separate toilet.
The property is laid out as follows:
- A lovely living room with a sofa and TV, opening onto the kitchen
- A bright bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a walk-in wardrobe, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, a heated towel rail and a vanity unit, overlooking the courtyard through a large window. The bedroom is therefore completely quiet.
Ample storage space means you can stay for anything from a few nights to a few weeks.
If you appreciate refined décor, you’ll be charmed. The flat is a very pleasant place to live and is particularly well situated, close to the main thoroughfares, whilst remaining very quiet.
The flat is situated near the Cours de la Liberté, with its many restaurants and shops. You simply need to cross the Wilson Bridge to find yourself right on the peninsula.
Transport:
Whether you choose the bus, tram or metro at Place Guichard – all of which are between 100 and 300 metres from the flat – you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to getting around the city. La Part-Dieu station is less than 10 minutes away.

L'AUBELYNE The living rom and kitchen of the apartment are very nice with very nice furniture However, the bedroom is very small and the bed is very uncomfortable, just a box with a thin mattress.

The apartment itself was very good, it felt like being at home. The location was good for us only because we knew Lyon, for someone new to the city they would need to be aware of the areas close by. Walking distance to most places. A lot of good restaurants and facilities close by. We did have a few issues within the apartment that the company should address for the future.

L'AUBELYNE "The place is in a good location, is reasonably clean and has good amenities. However the mattress is a thin layer of foam, not a full or real bed so you might have a tough night’s sleep.
Advice to the host would be to improve this one small issue and improve the experience dramatically."
