About this apartment rental
It is in the privileged district of the prefecture, a few minutes walk from Place Bellecour and the peninsula, that the Aubelyne is located. This magnificent and very elegant one-bedroom apartment of 54 m² located on the 2nd floor with lift, will be your very comfortable pied-à-terre in Lyon.
It consists of an entrance, as well as a large bright living room, with lounge area and fully equipped American kitchen, a bedroom with adjoining bathroom, shower, separate WC.
Wi-fi, bed linen and towels provided, elevator.
This apartment for 2 people will bring you all the space and elegance you are looking for.
The bedroom, with dressing room and adjoining bathroom, overlooks the courtyard, with a large window. It is therefore in absolute calm, and very bright. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a towel dryer and a vanity unit.
Plenty of storage will allow you to stay just as well for a few nights as for a few weeks.
You will be close to the Cours de la Liberté, its many restaurants and shops. You will only have to cross the Wilson bridge to be directly on the peninsula.
Whether it's the bus, the tram or the Place Guichard metro, all located between 100 and 300 m from the apartment, you'll be spoiled for choice to get around the city. La part station can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
OUR ADVICE: If you like refined decoration, you will be seduced. The apartment is very pleasant to live in, and particularly well placed, close to main arteries, while being very quiet.

L'AUBELYNE The living rom and kitchen of the apartment are very nice with very nice furniture However, the bedroom is very small and the bed is very uncomfortable, just a box with a thin mattress.

The apartment itself was very good, it felt like being at home. The location was good for us only because we knew Lyon, for someone new to the city they would need to be aware of the areas close by. Walking distance to most places. A lot of good restaurants and facilities close by. We did have a few issues within the apartment that the company should address for the future.

L'AUBELYNE "The place is in a good location, is reasonably clean and has good amenities. However the mattress is a thin layer of foam, not a full or real bed so you might have a tough night’s sleep.
Advice to the host would be to improve this one small issue and improve the experience dramatically."
