Great location so easy to get around and theres a supermarket 2 minute walk away. Room was a good size, clean linen, plenty of storage in wardrobe. John was very helpful and friendly. Dogs were very cute! Pool was great for cooling down. I also appreciated that for being in the city it was quiet.
They let me know the room had no AC before I got there via message as I didn't realise based on the booking listing because the other rooms have AC. It was fine though, there is a ceiling fan and dehumidifier. So just know that you get a great price on the room and that's the trade off.

I loved sitting on the patio - with the birds chirping and the dogs relaxing beside me! John was a great host, kind and helpful, bringing me lots of towels!

Good location, comfortable bed, and beautiful house.
The private bathroom is located outside the room. Cleanliness in both the room and the bathroom could be improved. The room is situated in the same area as the kitchen and the laundry room. There is no mirror in the room. There is a huge wardrobe, but it is old and worn out, as is much of the furniture. The bathroom is outdated and in need of repairs; furthermore, the sink faucet is broken. The pool area is closed; the pool was not clean and did not work during my entire stay.
