My son and I visited Naples for the first time and unfortunately, this hotel ruined the experience. We paid €450 through the front desk for what was sold as a "Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius Tour Package." It turned out to be nothing more than an expensive ride with a driver who didn't speak English and dropped us off with no guidance. We ended up lost in Pompeii and had to cut the trip short because the driver insisted on being back by 2:00 PM. The hotel only offered a €100 refund for this massive "misunderstanding.
Beyond the service, the location is a major issue. It is situated in an area that felt very unsafe/ghetto, making it impossible to walk anywhere, especially at night. The hotel shuttle is completely unreliable, so expect to spend a fortune on Ubers just to get into the city (a 20–30 minute drive). Avoid this hotel if you actually want to see Naples safely.

We had a great 4 days stay at this hotel. Location was abit secluded however not a major problem as hotel provides shuttle service.
We would highly recommend & praise staff named Mauro, he’s super friendly, polite and very kind. He took alot of effort & time to explain things and suggested what are the places to visit with clear directions. He can be a superb tour guide!

The hotel is a bit far away from Naples so it is not convenient to reach there. But the facilities and amenities were great! The hotel experience is great and worth for money!
