The apartment is new and clean. It has all amenities that we need. Rita is very helpful and supportive. She helped us to check in before 3pm as we arrived earlier this day. She also came back to help us with the sofa bed although she had left half way. There are metro, supermarket, laundry shop, pharmacy and good restaurants nearby. I like the location as it is close to everything, it takes only 10-15’ on foot to Trindade station and Bolhao Market

Must close windows most of the time because it’s noisy. But with A/C we didn’t need to open the windows much. It was good after all.

Nice flat to accommodate myself and my two teenagers. Clear instructions for entry and excellent location to walk everywhere.

The air conditioning had some issues, not flat owners fault but a wider building issue I think so needed to turn it off and on at electrical board whenever it overloaded. Thankfully spent most time outside in daytime but a bit of a pain when it was hot at night but owner was very helpful with instructions to restart it.

Estuvo correcto.

Pequeñas mejoras y arreglos lo harían mucho más acogedor. Con las ventanas abiertas demasiado ruido, pero la ventilación se hace necesaria.

L'appartement est bien decoree. La situation du logement à proximité de commerces (supermarché, café, pharmacie) et du métro. Grande salle de bains. Rita est souriante et assez réactive.

De la moisissure à plusieurs endroits dans la douche. Le tapis de la salle de bain degage une forte odeur d'humidité. La climatisation est difficile à gerer. Impossible de s'asseoir tranquillement sur le canapé, car l'assise ne tient pas, et on est gêné par la barre en métal du dessous. La table du salon bouge, le meuble sous télévision : porte qui est cassee. Il n'y avait pas assez de gel douche. Aucun volet ne fonctionne, malgré les rideaux occultant (troué) impossible de dormir dans le noir. La gardes corps des fenêtres ne sont pas assez hautes ce qui est risqué pour des enfants.
