Location. Nothing beats a travel home right infront of the tourist area. Everything is accessible. Room is small, but cozy. Also, the staff, while not physically present, is very responsive. Highly recommended place to stay.
The price. While it is in the prime location, it is a bit pricey. Also, once the bed is laid out, it blocks any clearance to the doorway which might cause problems in the event of a accident or hazard. Lastly, going in and out is a bit tedious as you have to memorize all the key codes and door details. Sometimes, even the correct codes doesn't unlock any door rightaway.

The information regarding how to locate the apartment, get the keys and also the parking were very good informative and also the information for the parking area which was very close and easy to find. The location was great!
The apartment was very small the outlook was on to a closed in area that was not pleasant. The apartment was that small that when we put the bed out we had to climb over it to get in and out of the room! Also the mirror in the bathroom was so high I could only see the top of my head (I am 159cm so not that short really) and it was fixed at an angle! And the table had loose leaves and one was totally broken :-(
