Cet établissement est ultra bien placé dans le centre ancien de Colmar qui transpire l’histoire. Nathalie a été aux petits soins avec nous , elle nous a donné tous les renseignements utiles à notre séjour et surtout à su nous faire plaisir en accédant à une demande spécifique qui nous tenait particulièrement à cœur.
Pour être parfait , Il manquerait un lave linge. Deux stores sur tous étaient défectueux. Il n’y avait pas de miroir dans la salle de bain mis a part un petit miroir de table.

The terrace on the canal was superb. We ate our meals there. Provision of a tray would have helped greatly.
The property address changed by text message the day before arrival. Situated on first floor. Not in the property description. Basically clean but freezer was iced up, plastic containers and some utensils needed washing. We paid a cleaning fee, but not everything was clean. The lack of any soap and half a roll of toilet paper seems mean when you have to check in after 1600.
