Die Fewo ist sehr ansprechend möbliert, hell und freundlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir waren überrascht von der modernen technischen Ausstattung mit Alexa, Smarthome etc. Die Küche ist vollständig mit Backofen und Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert hat uns die große Dusche. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen und begrünten Wohnviertel, mit schnellem Anschluss um Ausflüge zu machen. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkte weiter!

Trotz der zuvor 4 Tage um die 35°C war die Wohnung recht frisch, also sehr gut gedämmt. Es gab mehrere Kaffeemaschinen, die Wohnung war insgesamt in einem hochwertigem Zustand. Das Fernsehprogramm war hervorragend. Bei Fragen hat der Vermieter umgehend geantwortet. Es lagen Eiswürfel im Tiefkühlfach des Kühlschranks bereit (bei der aktuellen Hitze eine wirklich tolle Idee!)
An der Wohnung habe ich gar nichts auszusetzen. Wenn es etwas negatives zu nennen gibt, dann das etwas dreckige Viertel, wobei die Straße der Wohnung sauber war.
