Nice and clean house.
good location, nice and clean accomodation, everything was fine
Only issue is that there is no washing machine, so for long term stays its a problem, but for our short stay it was ok.

Meine Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen - top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
Trotz der zuvor 4 Tage um die 35°C war die Wohnung recht frisch, also sehr gut gedämmt. Es gab mehrere Kaffeemaschinen, die Wohnung war insgesamt in einem hochwertigem Zustand. Das Fernsehprogramm war hervorragend. Bei Fragen hat der Vermieter umgehend geantwortet. Es lagen Eiswürfel im Tiefkühlfach des Kühlschranks bereit (bei der aktuellen Hitze eine wirklich tolle Idee!)
An der Wohnung habe ich gar nichts auszusetzen. Wenn es etwas negatives zu nennen gibt, dann das etwas dreckige Viertel, wobei die Straße der Wohnung sauber war.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Die Lage zum Weltkulturerbe war perfekt. In der Wohnung in einem Zweifamilienhaus ist alles durchdacht eingerichtet und vorbereitet. Sehr schön etwas breitere Einzelbetten und die große bodengleiche Dusche. Der Eigentümer ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und stets ansprechbar.

Propriétaire très accueillant et avenant, excellente répartition de l'espace, propre, bien équipé, belle salle de bains (à l'italienne), domotique moderne (Alexa, etc. - même Netflix !), excellente literie, quartier très calme, code d'accès à la porte d'entrée hyper-pratique, arrêt de bus à 5 minutes
