You’ll be staying on an 8,000-square-meter property, surrounded by nature.
The house is part of an L-shaped complex with two separate living units. The living area is 110 square meters, all on one level and wheelchair-accessible.
A large terrace with patio furniture and a lawn for ball games are also available.
The house features the following rooms:
Entryway/hallway; to the right is a modern, high-quality kitchen with Neff appliances (refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and oven).
Welcome drinks such as mineral water and beer are provided for guests.
Large 40-square-meter living-dining room with a black leather 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa, and an armchair.
55-inch Blaupunkt TV with a Telekom TV box for MagentaZuhause M TV Smart.
Netflix and Sky are available with an account.
Small Bluetooth stereo system with DAB+ radio.
A patio door leads outside to the 20-square-meter terrace.
The dining room features a large table with 6 chairs. There is a serving hatch from the kitchen to the dining room.
A sliding door leads into the bedroom. There is a double bed (160x200 cm) by Hasena with Schlaraffia mattresses in firmness levels 2 and 3.
From the bedroom, a sliding door leads into the bathroom. Here you’ll find a modern glass walk-in shower, toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, washing machine, and a clothes dryer.
From the bedroom, a second mirrored sliding door leads to another room, which serves as a dressing room or children’s room. The room contains a 200x90 cm bed, a closet, a drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner. This room is accessible only through the bedroom (see floor plan!!!). In exceptional cases, an adult could also sleep there.
A travel crib and a changing pad can be provided free of charge upon request.
To the left from the hallway is another bedroom, which is furnished with two Hasena beds (140x200 cm and 100x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The guest room has its own mini-bathroom with a toilet, a small sink, and a shower with folding doors.
This room is only available for bookings of 3 or more people and is therefore locked when booking for one or two people.
For bookings for 2 people, the living area is 90 square meters, and for bookings of 3 or more people, it is 110 square meters.
Parking spaces are located right next to the house.
A separate, lockable room is available for guests with bicycles.
