Wonderful, welcoming place to stay.

Wonderful accommodations. Great location and plenty of space for 5 people. The host was incredibly kind and came to give us a tour when we arrived, it felt more like we were his guests and not just staying the night to rent a room. It was clean and spacious. There is also a great bakery across the street.

The stairs are narrow and a bit treacherous, but cute!

Very well equipped and comfortable house that felt like a home. Lovely bakery across the road. Very helpful owners, despite our language barrier. Great use of the space available.

The pillows weren't great, but the cushions worked in their place. It was a bit cold inside, colder than outside which was strange. Other than that, would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Really modern house in excellent condition, lots of stuff (cutlery etc). Good handover, very polite owner. Village seemed nice. Price was very fair

Lage der Ferienwohnung findet das Navi nur bei Eingabe der Postleitzahl, es existiert in Schwalbach in einem anderen Ortsteil noch eine 2. identische Adresse, die wir angefahren haben, die korrekte Adresse haben wir dann erst nach telefonischem Kontakt mit dem Vermieter gefunden, ca 20 km entfernt

Toll! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lage Top. Mann hat alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht im Ort Elm. Gegenüber befindet sich eine tolle Bäckerei. Um die Ecke ist ein köstliches indisches Restaurant. Der nahgelegene Fischweyer ist eine kleine Oase mit Bewirtung. Im Ort befindet sich das Restaurant Kater Carlo mit kleiner Küche und herzlicher Besitzerin. Das ganze Dorf hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Vermieter hat uns ebenfalls herzlich empfangen. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war unschlagbar. Fazit wir können das kleine Häuschen nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Terrasse ist gleichzeitig der Eingangsbereich und die Hofeinfahrt. Lässt sich aber baulich auch nicht ändern. Ein kleiner Sichtschutz aus Blumenkübeln wäre toll. Aber uns Dorfkindern hat auch dies nicht wirklich gestört.

Das Haus liegt an zwei ruhigen Straßen, eine davon Einbahnstraße. Gegenüber eine Bäckerei mit leckeren Backwaren & auch Käse/Wurst. Garage und ein Autostellplatz sind mit dabei. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Bad im EG, das zweite mit Einzelbetten im 1. OG. Voll ausgestattete Küche und Abstellkammer ebenfalls im 1. OG, im 2. OG unter dem Dach dann das Wohnzimmer. Alles sehr modern und sauber.

Die Treppen sind etwas steil bzw. zum Wohnzimmer hoch eine enge Wendeltreppe. Für Personen, die nicht gerne oder schwer Treppen laufen nicht so ideal.
