Best Holidays - Oxygen pool, Billard, Gym! 2-Storey Tropical Villa Havana N

WOW Where to start ? The host was delightful, could no do enough to settle us in and was easily available throughout the stay. The property itself is stunning with all three bedrooms being of an equal size so no arguing over who gets what room, just brilliant ! If you love a slightly quieter location with fabulous ameneties stop looking as you just found it. Have a great time.

It is hard to pick holes in this property but i guess, in the interest of balance, the WIFI was terribly slow ! It is a leisurely 10 minute walk to the nearest mini mart , 15 minutes to the beach. No problem for us whatsoever but if you have someone with serious mobility issues you need to make allowance ( perhaps a mobility scooter?)

Such a fabulous villa , family of 5 stayed for a week , and really enjoyed our stay . Min our host was superb and any small questions were answered immediately . Electric cost is not included , and we were a bit worried about this but there was no need .The total for our stay equated to £100 and we used the aircon and fans in bedrooms all night , and living area during the day , the washing machine , and all kitchen appliances .The villa isnt very close to the beach, its a good 30 min walk along busy roads so not sure its very family friendly to do so .We had adult children with us , so it was fine , but only fair to point that out.The villas pool is so lovely we didnt need the beach so much ! Would stay again without hesitation !

The walk to the beach , it wasnt close and the roads were busy without pavements so might be tricky with young children .

Everything about this house is great - all the rooms are very well kept, great pool, a kitchen that has everything you need to cook. The location also felt local and was great for us to get around (it’s not close to the beach if that’s what you want). We enjoyed the pool table and gym too! The host is super helpful and responsive. Everything was very clean and the garden is really lovely.

As many have already commented - you pay for your energy consumption separately at the end. We didn’t use the whole property and were very careful with lights. We only had aircon on in 2 bedrooms, and after 4 days the bill was still the equivalent of €60. The host is very correct about this and shares screenshots of the kwt from her app, and charges 8 baht / kwt. It’s all very transparent. Charging for your consumption is a good idea because it means people think about energy and dont waste it… but I don’t know what energy prices are in Thailand. I paid the equivalent in 4 days at this house as I do a month in Europe. So somehow, I think this should be reflected in the rental price a bit better.
