Foi do jeito que eu já imaginava, era um local simples, mas tinha tudo que precisavamos. O atendente muito simpático e solícito. Localização ótima, próximo de vários locais que eu queria ir, achava uber com facilidade e tinha bares e restaurantes bem próximo.

O preço e a proximidade da estação de metrô e de bares/baladas. Possui frigobar e microondas no quarto. Fácil acesso.
Banheiro minúsculo e sem box. Colchões e travesseiros em péssimas condições. Ar condicionado claramente sem higienização periódica, cheirando a mofo. Havia uma balada muito próximo da hospedagem, som alto e paredes vibrando até 5:00. Dava pra ouvir as pessoas conversando no quarto ao lado.
