This delightful 2BR/2.5BA townhouse is just minutes from Deer Valley Resort. Enjoy a picture-perfect lakeside setting near the region’s premier ski and summer destinations. Just steps away from the bus route to other resorts and downtown Park City.
For a relaxing evening at home, grill dinner beside the water on the barbeque, then stroll around Deer Lake on the paved path. Later relax in your private indoor hot tub.
ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE
Grab a book and get cozy beside the wood-burning fireplace in the living area. There’s a sofa and comfy armchair to curl up on, and a 32” flat screen TV with DVD player. Or step out to your private patio overlooking glittering Deer Lake to enjoy the fresh alpine air.
The well-equipped kitchen has a full suite of appliances, as well as handy extras including a knife set, coffeemaker and blender. Chat with the chef at the kitchen bar with seating for four, and gather for meals at the glass-top dining table set for four.
After a day on the slopes or local hiking trails, enjoy a soothing soak in your private indoor hot tub with views of the lake.
The house sleeps six guests between the sleeper sofa and two bedrooms that are located on the second floor.
The sunny master bedroom has a queen bed with crisp white linens, a 32” flat screen TV, closet, and a private balcony with seating for two. Enjoy extra privacy with your own en-suite bath, featuring a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is ideal for kids with two twin beds to snuggle up in. This room also comes with a 32” flat screen TV, storage closet, and a window seat.
The upstairs guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination, while a convenient half bath is located on the entry level.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for three vehicles (one space in the garage, and two driveway spaces).
Please note this home does not have A/C, although rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at this lofty location (elevation 6,900 feet).

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Having a fireplace and garage.

Check-in was a mess. There was a snow storm two days earlier, but no one had cleaned the driveway. Even though, the email said that they have service for cleaning the driveway. Their customer service SUCKED! The first person I spoke to, did not have any empathy that our car was on the road! The second person did not know anything about the property, and got snappy. Some local representative called me and told me to DRIVE ONTO THE ICY DRIVEWAY! We cleaned the driveway the best we could with a FLIMSY plastic shovel. As expected, my car got stuck half way - back half stuck out on the street. Still no help. Had to report to police. Went to bed. Had to call AAA to push the car onto the driveway....
Jacuzzi in the house was great.
The pans sucked. Not non-stick. Even eggs got stuck after greasing the pan with butter.
The floors creak. The master bedroom has a big window above the sliding doors that has no covers so expect an early wakeup.
The unit is old and has not been well taken care of. It is cheap for a reason.
