The property was a great location andworked out good for us. However, only 1 bath on the 2nd floor was not ideal w 2 families together. Also, having to walk through the bedroom to the loft wasnt ideal. However, the view and location was great.

The condo was pretty much as advertised. The location was on the bus line. Check in was easy. Wifi was good. Beds and lines were just OK and could use updating. The kitchen had all the gadgets but the appliances were just OK, somewhat worn. The property is older. The condo met our needs and was more affordable than other properties in Park City. All the properties are expensive, one just wishes they got more for the buck. That is a Park City issue, not this property. The place was quiet and parking easy! No garage access available to us with this unit. There are outside decks but because it was winter, we did not use the decks.

The house was not cleaned properly, each window frame had piles of dead flies. I wouldn’t leave this comment if only we’d not find the same situation in another Vacasa house in the same complex. The other house is even worse, but I’ll better comment on it later.
Also local Vacasa office knows next to nothing about how to fix Internet (I was left to manage that myself), or where to trash the garbage. Btw I haven’t seen any recycling bins in any of the houses.
