About this apartment rental
Situated in a quiet Park Meadows neighborhood, this lovely, upgraded condo comfortably sleeps 8. It's on the Park Meadows golf course and it's walking distance to the recreation center and the free town shuttle for easy access to the mountain resorts, historic Main Street and all the area's activities and entertainment.
There are two bedrooms on the second floor. One is a main suite with a king bed and a private bath; the second bedroom has a queen bed, and there's a full bathroom accessible from the hallway. There's a king bed in the private loft on the third floor, with a convenient half bath. There's a sofa sleeper in the living room and a full bath adjacent to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there's seating for 8 at the granite counter. It's easy to relax in the living room, with its cozy gas fireplace, comfortable over stuffed furniture and large flat screen TV.
There are TVs in each bedroom and the loft. Free wi-fi, washer/dryer, parking for one car in a shared garage, BBQ, and deck furniture. Moderate Plus rating.

Property was in a great location, pretty views - easy access to restaurants and ski runs. Unfortunately, our fireplace didn’t work, which was extremely disappointing.
I would also say, while the unit was fine, clean and accommodated our needs, it could have been updated - very dark - heavy drapes, brown old furniture and there were no garbage bags, spices. Saran wrap, foil, laundry detergent, dish soap… these little things make a difference and I had to run to the store to get these kitchen niceties that are very often available at most VRBO properties. But, the property manager was readily available with any questions I had, hot tub was great too. All and all it was a positive stay!

Great location, comfortable beds, clean and the outdoor spa was outstanding. Above all else, Park City Lodging is the best property manager we have dealt with and we stay in a lot of vacation rentals around the west. When the garage door opener did not work upon our arrival, they had someone out to repair it in 30 min…unlike another property manager that begins with a V…it took two calls and 2 days on a different property.

We had a lovely ski trip getaway in this condo. Lots of room and perfect location (very short walk to catch the village bus to the mountain + town). Hot tub is clutch and the kitchen is well equipped. We had an amazing time and we'll likely rent the same unit again next year! Thank you!
