This cozy holiday home features a pitched roof and two levels, offering a warm, family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of wooden interiors and carpeted floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and a comfortable dining area, a room with a bunk bed for two, a bathroom with a shower, and a large kitchen with direct access to the garden. Upstairs in the attic, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a cozy living room with access to the balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee at the table. The living room also features a large TV with access to ZDF, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Adjacent to the main house, a renovated annex provides a welcoming entrance area with a sink and a spacious bedroom with a double bed, ideal for additional guests or family members. Set on a 2,500 m² natural plot, the property offers plenty of space for outdoor play and activities. Since 2021, guests can also enjoy a covered outdoor spa for up to four people, complete with a bar-height table and stools. The hot tub is constantly filled and heated, making it ready for use at any time. Alternatively, the beautiful nearby coast is just a short walk away. This holiday home combines cozy interiors, versatile living spaces, and excellent outdoor amenities, making it perfect for a relaxing and memorable stay in a natural setting. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
