About this house rental
Cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located on a large secluded, forest / nature plot with the opportunity to experience the rich bird and animal life with deer, squirrels, pheasants and hares from the front row. If you want to be close to nature and seek peace from the hectic daily life, this holiday home is a good choice. The cottage contains a kitchen in open connection with the dining room, which has a wood burning stove and look into the 35 m2 large pool. The pool area has a sloping ceiling, wood burning stove and access to a bathroom with whirlpool and sauna. The ground floor also contains a smaller room with a bunk bed with 80 cm and 120 cm wide bed, respectively, and in addition there is the possibility of a double bed on the sofa bed in the living room. The house's last room (double bed) is on the upper floor, which you access via a spiral staircase from the pool area. Upstairs there is also a bathroom and a cozy room for relaxation furnished with a sofa group and table. From the room there is also access to the west-facing covered terrace. There is a good annex with a double bed and a nice patio. There is a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). The house is heated by means of air-to-water heat pump, which is an extremely climate-friendly and economical form of heating. Not for rent to youth groups
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
