Welcome to a nice holiday home with a large garden, perfectly located on Öland's East Coast, where you are also close to both Färjestaden and Borgholm. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the house's various outdoor furniture or sun loungers in the large lovely garden with fruit trees. The garden is lined by a beautiful stone wall facing the beautiful expansive field. For those who want to explore or take a bike ride to take a swim at Bjärby bathing place for exemple, there are two bicycles for which the guest is responsible. The house has a large kitchen with lots of work space, here you have most of what you need to be able to prepare good meals and to bake. There is also a smaller dining table with chairs. From the kitchen you enter one of the living rooms of the house where you have a nice view of the garden. The sofa is a comfortable sofa bed of 160cm for 2 people. From there you enter the house's second living room where there is also a large dining table with chairs and a TV. Here is a fantastically beautiful tiled stove you can light candles in. There is a sofa bed of 140cm for 1 or 2 people. From this room you come out on the second terrace of the house where you have a roof. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The toilet is bright and fresh, there is a shower, sink and washing machine. Fan is available for hot days. The house is perfectly located with less than 20 km to Färjestaden and about 25 km to Borgholm, where there are plenty of fine restaurants and entertainment. You have only 3.5 km to Öland's East Coast with Bjärby Badplats, where you get to experience a wonderful sandy beach. There are many "gems" to discover on Öland's slightly calmer East Coast. There are also plenty of bathing places in Färjestaden. If you want more well-visited, popular beaches, Köpingsvik is not far away or wonderful Böda with its rolling beaches located higher up on Öland. You have beautiful nature and wonderful hiking trails such as. Nunnedalen close by. Gråborg is Öland's largest ancient castle, you also have Borgholm's Castle Ruins which you must not miss. In The summertime there are many lovely cafes, ice cream cafes, art studios, flea markets and farm shops to explore. In Runsten there is Antik & Loppis which is well worth a visit, there is also Runstens Gård with its popular Gårdsbutik. A good tip is also to enjoy Öland's good body cakes.
