About this house rental
Large newly built house with scenic and seaside surroundings in Södra Kvinneby on Öland's east coast. The house is beautifully situated next to the old parsonage, which today is a private residence. You have a large shared plot of 5000 square meters with outdoor furniture, a barbecue area, fruit trees and a beautiful view. You can also enjoy seeing the sea sparkling beautifully from the front of the house. In front of the house there is outdoor furniture. Here you can enjoy the nice atmosphere with the beautiful walnut tree in the circle in front of the house. The house is in top condition with a wonderful kitchen with a nice dining area. Here is most of what you might need. Also extra luxury such as carbonation machine, food processor, blender, toaster, kettle, electric whisk etc. There are large spacious living/dining rooms on both floors. You sleep comfortably in three bedrooms. The one bedroom with a double bed is on the entrance floor. The other two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds are on the upper floor of the house. There are also two extra beds that can be placed wherever you wish. Bathroom with wc, sink, shower and washing machine. There is also a toilet with a sink on the upper floor. Charging post is available on the farm for extra payment. Södra Kvinneby is a well-preserved row village with a history far back in time. Here you can explore Öland's quieter eastern side, but are also close to the western side if you wish. The closest swimming pool with a fine sandy beach is at Stenåsabadet. Here is also a popular bird reserve for those interested in bird watching. The area is highly valued for its fine birdlife, flora and fauna. In the spring, there are plenty of orchid species. There is a wealth of farm shops, cafes, galleries, antiquities and culture to explore. Also, don't miss eating "Ölandska kroppkakor" for lunch, which is an local delicacy.

Low-key obsessed with the aesthetics here, The big walnut tree in the yard is perfect for pics, The bedrooms are cozy, and the living space is super spacious, It’s got everything needed for a chill getaway, Can't forget to try those Ölandska kroppkakor, they're a must!

We had a lovely stay at the holiday home in Mörbylånga, The views were stunning, especially from the front porch, It was great to be so close to nature yet have easy access to nearby attractions like Kalmar Castle,

Overall, a decent place to stay, The location is good for exploring Öland, but I wish it had Wi-Fi, The surrounding nature is lovely, and we enjoyed some lovely walks nearby,
