Great location near all downtown activities. Also great for access to nearby pickleball courts and access to bicycle trail system. Garage kept bikes and car out of the weather. Quiet neighborhood. Within a couple of blocks walk to two restaurants/pubs. Owner very easy to work with.

We loved the ability to put our kayaks and bikes in the secure garage. Downtown was close as were multiple bike trails and entry points. Chippewa Falls was an easy drive, and we enjoyed visiting Lake Wissota. The house was cute and had everything we needed. The location is not a resort type area; the surrounding neighborhood is family and student oriented. It was a quiet neighborhood. The closest restaurants and downtown amenities are a 15 minute walk, but everything is an easy drive.

We used this as a way point to break up a drive. The property was super clean and appears recently remodeled. Very very nice. Use of attached garage was great as we had a vehicle load of our daughters items so it was a nice piece of mind.

Great location for downtown, very nice small home, very comfortable and clean. Will definitely book again when visiting Eau Claire.
