Facing East/South-East, the apartment overlooks the Pond of Mateille. The beach is 400m away (no road to cross). It is through and includes a veranda, an equipped kitchen, a lounge area, a small bedroom, a mezzanine, a large bathroom with corner bath. The toilets are separate.
To the west, the Clape massif (500m away), will offer you beautiful walks or hikes, in the pines, the vineyards and the view of the sea. A path along the beach also allows you to reach Gruissan.
The apartment has a fan, a hi-fi system, a raclette/pierrade machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, and ironing facilities.
Linen and towels are not provided.
At the end of the stay, cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be organized by a service provider for the sum of 50 euros.
Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
