Ayguades beach is away from the crowds, quiet and close to nature, 3km from the marina of Gruissan and 4km from the old village. It is a wonderful place to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

In the quiet of a residence with swimming pool, the house is air conditioned and has two sun terraces (30m2 shaded, exposed north west, 15m2 exposed north east) as well as a parking space in front of the house. The swimming pool reserved for residents is 180m away and the noise will not bother you.
In 120 meters you will reach the most beautiful beach of Gruissan without having to cross a road. The supervised beach is very large and you will have the pleasure of spreading your towel without touching your neighbors!
The large shaded terrace will allow you to easily park your bikes without encroaching on the garden furniture (table, 5 chairs, chaise-longue).
Local shops are located 300m away (supermarket proxi, bakery / ice cream / waffles / pancakes, restaurant, pizzeria, bar) and two supermarkets are 2km from the residence.

You will be welcomed in a beautiful living space of 30m2 with a living room (sofa, TV, mini stereo) and a dining area in a sunny veranda overlooking a terrace.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment: hob, microwave, oven, large fridge, toaster, kettle.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a washing machine.
Two bedrooms will welcome you, one on the ground floor containing a 140X190 bed and storage space, the other on the mezzanine equipped with two 90X190 beds with an additional 80X180 fireside chair.
Cleaning is your responsibility, we do not offer cleaning services. If the accommodation is not returned clean, between 50 and 100 euros will be taken from the deposit.
The place is very quiet, the residence is rather family friendly and the surrounding nature is splendid. You can swim in the sea in front of the residence or in the marine lake behind the residence. Superb walks stretch out your arms straight out of the residence, by bike or on foot, on flat or steep terrain ... there is something for everyone.
Gruissan is a very dynamic town, children will be delighted to go to the "pirat'parc" amusement park, to go karting and paintball, to enjoy the aquatic area while the adults will enjoy the balneoludic area from Gruissan. The marina is also very pleasant and very lively (concerts, numerous bars).
