Step through the front door and let the kids run out to the enclosed garden… while you explore the fully equipped kitchenette opening onto the bright living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa (140x200).
Continue on… pass by the bathroom and the separate toilet, and you’ll arrive in the bedroom, furnished with a large bed (140x200) and featuring a glass door opening onto the garden.
Continue on… step out onto the patio, settle into the garden furniture—that’s it!

Upon signing the contract, a 40% deposit will be required to secure the reservation.
The balance of the rental fee is due 3 weeks before your arrival, along with a security deposit of 500 € by check.
The security deposit will be refunded upon your departure after a final inspection of the property has been conducted.
A cleaning fee of 40 € will also be charged.
For adults over 18, the tourist tax is payable according to current rates.
