About this apartment rental
This 3-room apartment with balcony / terrace and dining area is located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a recent residence and enjoys a side bay and ocean view. It can accommodate 4 adults and a baby (cot).
All the shops are in the immediate vicinity as well as the markets of Ciboure and St Jean de Luz. The apartment has a free wifi internet connection.
Contact us for your weekend or short week depending on season and availability.
It is in perfect condition, bright, comfortable and well appointed, composed of:
- Living room with balcony and terrace,
- Equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, MW, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine ...
You will find all the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils (casserole, mixer etc ...)
- 1 bedroom with twin beds on small terrace
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140),
- Separate toilets,
- Bathroom (bath, basin).
Do not load yourself unnecessarily, I provide, free of charge, baby equipment (cot, chair, bath ...).
There are two large closets to store all your belongings.
The apartment has a private car park under the residence and a common bike room at the entrance of the building.
At the bottom of the residence you will find the bakery and pastry shop and a few steps from local shops (butcher, supermarket, tobacco, newspapers, hairdressers ...) as well as the Sunday market. Large area about 2 km away.
The Zubiburu district is on the left, at the end of the bridge that spans the port of St Jean de Luz / Ciboure and Nivelle, a few steps:
- the center of St Jean de Luz and the beaches
- the fishing port and the marina,
- from the SNCF and bus station,
- Nivelle golf course
You will quickly access the motorway and the main axes, whether to Hendaye and Spain to the south, Biarritz and Bayonne to the north or inland to visit the country and hike in the mountains.

Une belle semaine dans cet appartement très agréable, situé à proximité du centre de Saint Jean de Luz (accès à pied en quelques minutes. La place de parking est un vrai plus et les propriétaires sont très gentils.

Bel appartement très fonctionnel et très propre à deux pas de Saint Jean de Luz avec comme atout majeur un emplacement de parking au sous sol.
Le propriétaire est très arrangeant.

Hôtes chaleureux ,nous avons été agréablement accueilli, l'appartement est très calme et parfaitement entretenu, rien ne manque ,tout se fait à pied ,courses,ballades. Le centre de st Jean de luz à 750m,avec ses halles et de très bons commerçants, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
