La propriété est bien située entre Urrugne et Hendaye, à quelques minutes en voiture de l'immense plage d'Hendaye ; le site est très agréable avec une vue superbe.
Les conseils de l'hôte nous ont permis de découvrir certains aspects de la région, notamment l'Espagne toute proche avec les 'pinxos' (tapas) à Fontarrabie, et la jolie ville de San Sebastian avec sa grande plage .
