Beautiful 1-Bedroom Duplex Apartment – Playa Flamenca
A truly lovely 1-bedroom duplex apartment, recently renovated and ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Playa Flamenca beach, with bars, restaurants and local amenities all close by.
Set within a beautifully maintained complex, the apartment enjoys access to two good-sized swimming pools and stunning, manicured gardens. The entire complex has recently been painted, giving it a fresh, clean and beautifully presented appearance.
The famous Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is just an 8-minute walk away, offering an incredible choice of shops, restaurants, entertainment and activities for all ages. Following its extensive renovation, there is even more to see and do — definitely a must-visit during your stay!
The Apartment
Modern yet comfortable and homely, the apartment has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped should you wish to prepare meals during your stay. Facilities include:

The ceiling fan has three speed settings and three light settings, allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere.
Upstairs Bedroom
Upstairs you'll find a spacious, air-conditioned bedroom with beautiful views overlooking the pool and gardens.
A good night's sleep is essential on holiday, so we have provided a luxurious king-size bed, complemented by stylish bedside cabinets and lamps to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Damage Deposit: €250 is required upon arrival. This is fully refundable provided there is no damage to the apartment or its contents.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment by themselves or any member of their party.
Cleaning Fee: €70, payable in cash upon arrival.
Airport Transfers: Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged at great rates. Please ask for further information.
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available upon request and is payable directly to the owner.

Me and my wife stayed here for two weeks.
The apartment was nice and fresh.Well maintained area.
Close to everything. 15 minutes to the beach.
5 minutes to Mercadona. 15 minutes to most restaurants.
Then we walked all the time.
We are 60 + and the only thing we thought was
that there were a lot of families with children when
we were there in July.
