Villa Jacqueline la buena vida

Property was in a brilliant location. It had very good amenities i.e the solarium, sun loungers, shared pool which was kept clean and tidy, we also liked the use of the dishwasher, full size fridge and washing machine. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfy, convenient to have two bathrooms as well.

The cleanliness wasn’t what we expected. There were ants on the kitchen worktop (left behind sweetie in the grey fabric box is what had attracted them I think), there was hairs left behind in the bath, the downstairs shower mat was a bit discoloured which made it look grubby. The couches were also a bit discoloured looking. I know that it is a warm and dusty country but the house was very dusty for a house that was meant to have been used by guests just the week before and cleaned afterwards. There was also a discrepancy in the check out time included in the booking.com policies where it had stated check out was from “00:00 to 00:00” which we took as we had the villa the full day of check out but we were then informed different two days before check out that it was actually 10am and when inquiring about extending this, were then informed extending wasn’t possible as they had other guests checking in the same day which meant we were left to hang around for 7 and a half hours. Host did allow us to leave our luggage in the house for an extra couple of hours which helped a bit.

Absolutely amazing location for everything. 20 min walk to beach , 2 min walk to pool. Supermarket literally round the corner, commercial centres nearby. Villa itself is lovely, clean, well equipped. I would book again in a heartbeat ☺️

Que estaba a 10min de la playa, aparcamiento en el interior de la urbanización, tenía piscina comunitaria, aunque con cloro de más y podrían ir a limpiar y regar en horas que no esté abierta. También que tiene un supermercado a pocos metros y varios centros comerciales cerca. La distribución de la casa está muy bien y tiene una terraza solárium con todo lo necesario, además de sombrillas para la playa, tumbonas,etc… Volveríamos de nuevo.

La persona que riega las plantas de la piscina es un poco desagradable, pero no tiene nada que ver con el alojamiento.

If I could give this accommodation 11 I would. Just beautiful. Bed super comfy. Air con amazing Netflix TV. Host amazing I've already booked to come back. Location to plaza and zenia boulevard. Supermarket across the road. Perfect thank you.

The Weather was too hot to utilise the roof terrace. We would welcome a coffee pod machine as filter not to our taste.
