great location - old town, nice and helpful owner, A/C, fully equipped kitchen (we had to buy only oil, the rest was there)
gets very loud at night outside (due to popular location, if you want to live in the old town you have to cope with it)
IMO for 2 people max, there is a bed upstairs but it is VERY hot there.

Fabrizio, the host, is excellent and very helpful, speaks English. Location is good, in the centro storico / old town and near to everything you would want to see or do. Apartment is clean and tidy, has a washer and ironing facilities, air conditioning, small but functional kitchen area. There is a third (single) bed upstairs for possible guest.
We didn't mind this too much but guests should know that the apartment is on the second floor (25 steps) so ability to use stairs is essential. The apartment is on Via Simon, one of the main streets in Alghero and it can be noisy at night, requiring the windows to be kept closed (and air conditioning on). Also note that the sat nav location on Booking.com is wrong and the taxi will take you to the wrong place, check the address (Via Simon) on google maps for the correct location.
