We had a great time, location is great, everything is very clean and all necessities are available to use in the apartment. It felt like a home.
Check in time is a bit late, but still, the host made it possible for us to come to the apartment as soon as possible. Gas stove was a bit unusual for me but it was ok.

Posizione centrale, appartamento carino con soppalco, host molto disponibili e rapidi nel rispondere.
L’appartamento si trova al 3° piano senza ascensore, la pressione dell’acqua era piuttosto bassa, cucina e forno non funzionanti. Inoltre, la scala condominiale era infestata dalle blatte: avrei preferito esserne informata prima.

The location was nice, the middle of the old town is really cozy and there are plenty to see all around. The price was very fair and you can contact the owner without problems - same goes for any pre-arrival info.
The amenities inside are lacking - one wine glass in the whole apartment, one solid knife, old pans without handles (easy to get burned)... very, very basic. If you plan to cook most of your own meals it might be really troublesome. The internet connection was also hit-or-miss, sometimes it worked fine, somemtimes it did not - last two days it was completly dead.
