Charming Cottage Home. Has a three season porch as well as a gorgeous yard, fire pit an outdoor area for you to enjoy. 4 bedrooms/Sleeps 6 . This house is fully stocked with all the amenities you could want- Just ask! You are within walking distance to the local beach or rent a boat from a Marina. Wayzata touts some of the best eats and shops around. Stroll down the boardwalk, enjoy beautiful sunsets and stick your toes in the sand- Cheers

The contact person was friendly and responsive. House is in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Wayzata and the lake, as well as shopping. Good instructions about wi-fi, TV, etc. Easy access. The house is well equipped with coffee maker and coffee, snacks, paper goods and ample towels. Very pleasant experience.

5 adults stayed for long weekend while in town for a wedding. Space worked well for what we needed. Short drive to Wayzata restaurants and attractions.
