About this house rental

Wayzata just a short walk to the coffee shop restaurants, parks, bus line, shopping, trolley & Lake Minnetonka, boating, swimming. Home features a large fenced yard, 3 levels finished large Gourmet kitchen, formal dining, 1/2 bath, mud room, large main floor family room w/fplc 60' flat screen Upper level master suite, king bed 50' flat screen master bath large tub, large shower, 2 sink vanity + walk-in closet. Additional 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and large closet 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and closet. full bath room. Fully supplied laundry room. Lower level features large family room with 50' flat screen bedroom with King bed, full bath. Out back features a outdoor patio with Weber charcoal grill for those great summer nights. Ridgedale Shopping center is 4 miles, downtown Mpls is 12 miles, Mall Of America 20 miles. 6TV & internet
