Gem of a location- You are only 50 steps to the main street of Wayzata. No car needed once you get here. You can walk to the best shops, restaurants, spa, beach, liquor, and grocery stores. Small town charm and you are only 15 min for DT Mpls. Two fabulous decks, both provide site seeing entertainment. One is set up for grilling the other has a gas fire pit. Kick back -relax and take in the fresh air of Lake Minnetonka.

Wayzata is a lovely spot and this house is ideally situated. No need for a car rental or Uber/Lyft. We got our steps in and saved some money doing so. Plenty of grocery and restaurant options. The local gift shopping is quite pricey, only a couple of affordable shops. For example, 500 for a simple shift dress is a bit out of any of our price ranges.The beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked. A variety of snacks were left for us which was a nice touch.

In area for a wedding. Close to everything we needed and great place to spend some time together instead of 3 hotel rooms

The house was clean and picked up. Incredible location and a super polite host.Unfortunately, the home layout was odd. The main floors only have one bathroom and the second is in an unfinished basement that requires you to walk down in the dark. I had to kill 4 spiders before starting the shower. Also, there is no dishwasher.The location really is the best so if that is your first priority, this could be the perfect house for you!
