Spacious apartment, 1st floor without elevator, south facing, located in a well-maintained secure residence of four units
A parking space and a garage are available with the accommodation in the residence.
Ideal and quiet location, 500m from the center, 500m from the large beach, 400m from the train station, 300m from the supermarket... You can do everything on foot or by bike
Comfortable, pleasant furnishings and bright accommodation
The apartment was refurbished in August 2021 (bedding, furniture, decoration...)
It consists of:
-A living/dining room, flat screen TV and exit to the terrace
- A kitchen open to the living room, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, electric and pod coffee maker, toaster, all the necessary kitchen utensils...
-A bedroom with queen size double bed (160x200cm), flat screen TV, dresser and storage
-A bedroom with queen size double bed (160x200cm), single bed (90x190cm), wardrobe
-A bathroom with sink, bathtub and washing machine, hair dryer, straightener, ironing board and iron
- A separate toilet
Available free of charge: wifi connection, several bikes and bike helmets. Pet allowed
A cot, high chair, baby bath and stroller are available free of charge if you need them...
We can provide bed linen (20 euros for 3), towels (10 euros) and dish towels for the kitchen (5 euros)

The end-of-stay cleaning is carried out by us (mandatory flat rate 50 euros included in the price at the time of booking)

We spent 2 weeks in the apartment (2 adults, 1 child). We liked it very much, the apartment is very nicely furnished and everything was very uncomplicated. The description and photos fit very well.

Excellente location, bien équipée, très propre, idéalement située. On peut tout faire à pied. L'accueil a été des plus chaleureux par Nolwenn, très arrangeante et très sympathique. Nous gardons cette adresse pour un prochain séjour. Florence
