Brand new apartment located in an elegant building in the center of Alghero, 5 minutes away from the historic center of Alghero and the wonderful port of the Catalan town overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment is studied in detail with all the comforts for a relaxing holiday. The living room with kitchen welcomes guests with a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, cooker with induction plate, fridge with freezer, hob and a practical microwave oven. Fragrance sink with dishwasher. The bathroom is large and tiled in ceramic, contains a shower with a 90cm tray.
A double bedroom with memory foam mattress, chest of drawers, French windows with anti-noise system with access to the large terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs, located south of Alghero with a small glimpse of CapoCaccia. Lift and private parking space exclusively for our customers.
You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
In case you do not receive the contract on time, you will need to contact the managing agency the property to the number indicated on the booking confirmation.
