Location is perfect, close to the city center.

Not perfectly clean, there were three chair, one of which was broken. We had to wash the kitchen tools and dishes before using them. The balcony wasn’t clean, very dusty. There were no bins for the waste sorting, we had to keep all the plastic bags on the floor. No bin in the toilet.
