My friend and I spent seven days in Sardinia and stayed in several different accommodations during our trip, including private apartments and highly rated hotels with more stars. Despite experiencing different locations and categories of accommodation, this apartment was definitely the best place we stayed during the entire trip. First of all, the apartment is exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. We had absolutely everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, and the entire process, from booking to check-in and check-out, was incredibly simple and well organized. I would especially like to highlight the hospitality and communication. All the information and instructions were clear, precise, and easy to understand, and the person managing the property was always available whenever we needed anything. I think this is particularly important when travelling to an island such as Sardinia. At the same time, the communication was completely unobtrusive — no unnecessary messages, complicated rules, or excessive instructions. Our only regret is that we didn’t book more nights here. After staying in several different places during our trip, we realized just how much this apartment offered and that we truly had everything we needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone who appreciates cleanliness, space, comfort, excellent facilities, a great location, and kind and professional hosts. Our stay was truly fantastic, and we would happily come back again. 10/10!

Self check-in. Nice patio with chairs and an umbrella, but keep in mind it’s not your private area, there are some other chairs and tables for other apartments. Good location, in proximity to the old town and the bus stop 🚏 where buses to/ from the airport and the nearest towns stop. But if you are going to the one of the best beaches 🏖️ nearby called Maria Pia, it will take around 50 min on foot. Some supermarkets ( Conad, Eurospin) are pretty near. Another advantage of the place : there is a 24/7 luggage storage in the same street. All amenities you can need( iron, ironing board , sandwich maker, kettle) are provided

Some coffee capsules and water were provided, but unfortunately no tea((🫖
