A comfortable two bedroom apartment in city central hosted by Staycasa Accommodation. Bright, clean and airy situated on the 14th floor in the heart of the city of culture. 5 minute walk away from Oxford Road Train Station with plenty other amenities and transport links.

Located in the heart of Manchester's vibrant city center, this property sits in a prime location just steps away from the city's cultural highlights. The Bridgewater Hall is a mere 0.2 miles away, while the historic Royal Exchange Theatre and Manchester Art Gallery are within a 10-minute walk. Culture enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the neo-Gothic John Rylands Library.

The neighborhood offers excellent dining options and entertainment venues, with Canal Street's famous nightlife scene nearby. Keys must to be collected (Check-in), and returned (Check-out) from this local store:
SPAR Oxford Road, 2 Oxford Rd, Manchester M1 5QA (5 minute walk). The store is open 24 hours a day for convenient arrival and departures. Collection code is provided 1 day before arrival.

House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.

This accommodation was clean, secure & ammenities were good. Checking in process of having to go to shop to collect keys prior to going to the apartment was a little challenging. Car parking was not included so had to ensure the car was paid for whilst parking closeby. The view was the station with all the noise that comes with that. Concierge was very helpful & polite.
