To check our exact location, search the Tib Street Tavern, as we’re just a stones throw from there. Our closest train station is Piccadilly station and it’s only a 10 minute walk away. You can conveniently hop on the tram too which is just 5 minutes walk away at Market Street .

PARKING:

Secure Parking for £20 a day can be found here : Northern Quarter Car Park, APCOA with address: Church St, Manchester M4 1LX. The entrance is actually on at 44 Tib Street, M4 1LA.

GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY & LONGER STAYS:

We have a washer / dryer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets), a high chair and some children’s plates & cutlery.
We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:

for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.
