Apt 5 - Tenuta Capizucchi - Pool and Garden

Our fully equipped apartment is perfect for accommodating up to 5 guests. It is located in the heart of an archaeological park, just 30 minutes from the city centre and conveniently close to both airports. The apartment features 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a bright private patio. Guests can also enjoy access to a communal garden with a swimming pool, and a sheltered parking space is available.

THE SPACE:
This beautiful and bright apartment was refurbished in 2020. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities needed for a short or long stay, including a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, induction hob, and microwave. The dining and living areas benefit from the light of the big windows. It has 2 bathrooms.
There are 2 separate bedrooms. Room one on the ground level has a king-size bed, room two on the upper floor has 3 single beds. You will have exclusive access to a private patio, fitted with table and chairs, parasol, sunbeds and barbecue.
The apartment has a beautiful fireplace, ideal for winter nights. You will also share the swimming pool with the other guests of Tenuta Capizucchi. The apartment also boasts a Smart TV, air conditioning, and WiFi.

By booking this apartment, guests will benefit from 1 covered parking space.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Please note that the bus stop, which is right in front of the property entrance, is 700 meters away from the apartment itself.
- Please note that you will share the laundry room, the swimming pool, and the communal garden with other guests of Tenuta Capizucchi.
- Depending on weather conditions, you may use the swimming pool from May to September.
- Please note that in case of reservations for the same day, we may need some extra time to prepare; you can still drop your luggage at your convenience.

The City centre can be reached by car or public transportation in about 30 minutes. There is a bus stop within walking distance from Tenuta Capizucchi; with a short ride, you will get to Metro Laurentina, connecting you to any part of the town. Moreover, the apartment is 30 minutes away by car from Ostia Antica. Castel Gandolfo and Lake Albano are also 15 minutes away. Grocery stores, bakeries, a pharmacy, and a petrol station are located 10 minutes from Tenuta Capizucchi, and some restaurants are where you can fully experience and enjoy the traditional cuisine.


TRANSIT:
Tenuta Capizucchi is minutes from Grande Raccordo Anulare, making all parts of the city accessible. The city centre can be reached in 30 minutes by car or via local transport links.
The bus stop is right in front of Tenuta Capizucchi on via Ardeatina.
Bus number 702 will bring you directly to metro Laurentina in about 20 minutes (Depending on traffic), from where you can move across Rome.
Please consider that there aren't buses running after midnight and there are 700 meters to walk from the apartments to the closest bus stop.

Metro Laurentina (lines B and B1) is the closest station. It takes 20 minutes to get there by car or bus. Parking is available in front of Metro Laurentina; the price for 12 hours is € 1.50.

The timetable of the underground service across Rome lines A, B, B1 and C:

- the 1st train is at 5:30 AM
- The last train leaves at 11:30 PM.
