The size of the property! It was very quiet and located off the main street. The air conditioning in the three rooms was a lifesaver!
Nothing major. A functioning washing machine would be nice. We had to go to the laundromat once during the stay. The extractor fan wasn’t working too.

Отличные апартаменты рядом с Римом и аэропортом Чампино. Гостиная + 2 уютные комнаты, в каждой по кондиционеру, что было очень приятно и нужно в жаркую ночь. Помните: частной парковки нет, мы приехали около 22:00 и нам пришлось около 20 минут кататься по району, прежде чем мы смогли припарковаться. С другой стороны, частную парковку никто и не обещал, но все же.

Comoda, pulita, fresca, silenziosa, check-in autonomo, comunicazione precisa con l’Host.

Clean and very tidy. Great location to explore Rome. 15min walk to main line train station.
Shower pressure was very low and hot water took a while to heat up. Neighbour in the adjoining apartment was very noisy.
