Appartamento e camere da letto molto spaziose. Bagni ampi ed in generale casa molto pulita. Quartiere silenzioso, tranquillo e provvisto di ogni cosa. La fermata della metro A, Anagnina, è situata a pochi chilometri.

Ampi spazi, parcheggio gratuito disponibile a qualsiasi orario, cucina sufficientemente ampia per poter preparare pasti completi, due bagni, caldo confortevole pur essendo pieno inverno. Host gentile e disponibile.

Our stay at this apartment in Rome was truly exceptional. The space is generously designed, with two comfortable bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, a cozy living room, and a well-equipped kitchen that has everything you might need for a longer stay. One of the highlights was the large terrace with a stunning view — the kind of place where you can enjoy your morning coffee in complete peace. The property also has a beautiful, spacious green yard, which adds a rare feeling of calm and openness, especially in such a vibrant city. Everything in the apartment was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, making us feel at home from the very first moment. We appreciated the small details that showed how much care went into preparing the place for guests. A special mention goes to Valentina, the host. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. She answered every question we had, offered useful recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. This apartment is perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with quick access to Rome’s attractions. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to return. The location is excellent, with plenty of options just a short walk away: • A fantastic gelateria offering truly extraordinary ice cream — a must-try during your stay. • Caffè Vitti, which opens early and serves excellent coffee and delicious pastries, perfect for starting the day Italian-style. • Pizza Rossi and several other local restaurants where you can enjoy authentic Roman flavors. • Multiple shopping options, including Tor Vergata Commercial Center with Action, Carrefour, Eurospin, and more — very convenient for daily essentials or a quick shopping trip.
