View from the unit was amazing! The unit was clean and cozy plus the amenties were complete. AC was strong.
Attendant didnt meet us on time at the lobby and was not responsive to messages. Also, though unit was at the 17th floor, the sound proofing was very poor and we could hear all the vehicles (motorcycle, jeepneys etc) way below as if they were just right outside the unit. Noisy till past midnight.

The unit location is perfect! It has Taal view and at the same time, the view to the pool or garden area. The unit is also clean and maintained. I love how minimalist and cozy it is. With big bed and another pull up bed. Complete kitchen utensils.
The caretaker is kind and accomodating, it’s just that there’s a little delay in responses to messages. But the owner responds very quick through booking.com
