The unit is so clean and place is really safe to much friendly security and staff.
Clean unit and the place is near to the tourist spot of the city.

I like their clubhouse, where there are 4 swimming pools and also 4 badminton court and 2 billiard table for tenants/renters. I also like the location as its just at the center of the main shops and views in tagaytay.
though they have a great clubhouse its just too far but still not a big concern. my main concern was the parking as it needs to be reserved in advance as well if not you will park at the clubhouse which is far atleast from tower a. it also has a fee for basement parking hope that they can include that but overall no concerns

It’s peaceful, accessible, clean and staff was very accommodating.
The toilet doesn’t have an exhaust fan, but it’s just a minimal concern.
