Location and ease of places to go, very central and accessible to lots of attractions and restaurants.
The futon - there is a metal bar that made sleeping very uncomfortable to 4th and 5th person.

Very stylish and cozy. Great view of the Taal Volcano!
Super slow wifi and nothing on tv for entertainment, no cable and even local channels.

location, its a corner unit, its is spacious , Walking distance to restaurants, convenience store, etc. there's a spa on the ground floor. the unit is at tower a short walk to the main entrance. Clubhouse is walkable in 8 minutes. Parking is right behind the clubhouse. Parking is P400+ for 24 hours, or can also pay by the hour only, ask the property for the latest parking rates.
i wish they can change the shower with telephone shower so its more convenient when taking a shower. A bread toaster might be nice for long stay guests. sofa beds can be upgraded to new ones or a Trundle day bed wound be better. Internet is avaliable but really slow, we cant catch You tube or Netflix on their tv. but overall it's a good unit for short stays esp when you like going out & not just watch tv most of the time. Parking area is still gravel- better to wear walking shoes or runners. bring umbrellas on rainy days
