✹ The home is lovely, warm and inviting......Tim and Katie have thought of everything to make their home comfortable and the perfect place to stay in the Georgia mountains. The view is the icing on the cake........ what a beautiful view they have from just about every room!
✹ The house was amazing with small thoughtful touches. My nieces loved the downstairs where there are so many games and things to keep the kids attention. I can’t rave enough about this place!
✹ If I could give a 6 star rating for Tim & Katie regarding their timely & prompt communication I would definitely do so! AWESOME hosts & lovely home!!

This place left me in tears when it was time to leave. I asked my husband if I could write the review. My husband rented this for our family to get away after a rough start to the year. It was a time to get away and reset and just spend time together. This home just out did itself. From the breathtaking view out the the front window, the sweet little coffee bar setup, the s'more box left on the counter filled with treats, the amazing hot-tub that looks out toward the mountains, all the fun games/pool table/shuffle board, the stocked wood for the fire pit, we thoroughly enjoyed it all!! Thank you thank you Tim!! All the stocked washer tablets, toilet paper, trash bags also didn’t go unnoticed. The kitchen has every appliance you could ever need or want. And the sauna with the view just sends it all over the top. Tim’s check out is seriously the sweetest gesture of all. We literally took the trash out and that was it. We loved your home. We loved your recommendation of living water vineyard. STUNNING up there. Also, the recommendation book you left on the table was so helpful. Visited Desoto and Helton creek waterfalls and enjoyed them both. Fantastic thrift shops in town and we loved Jim’s BBQ. I bawled my eyes out when we left. We needed this trip & the home made it what it was. Thank you a million times over, Tim!! Your efforts around your home didn’t go unnoticed.

The views were magnificent, the cabin both spacious and cozy, the rooms clean and tastefully furnished and decorated, and the amenities plentiful. Check-in/out were effortless and Tim and Katie, the owners, were quick to respond. The bunk room was a treat for the 3 year old, and the on-premise pack-and-play and high chair essential for the 16 month old. We recommend this home without hesitation or reservation.

Very nice house with everything we needed, and the location was wonderful. The hosts were very accommodating and even have a book with information about all the local places to go.
