Visit the Bavarian Alps replica town of Helen, Georgia nestled in the Appalachian mountains of North Georgia. This area was once home to the mighty Cherokee. When settled by Europeans in the 1800's it became the site of the first U.S. gold rush. Then later became the quaint little German town it is today.
Come during late September through the end of October to not only enjoy the changing leaves, but also experience the Oktoberfest celebrations!
Our home is also an excellent place of respite for the adventurer! There are countless hiking trails, excellent roads for mountain biking, exceptional trout fishing waters, and more waterfalls than you can see on one trip.
Fun for the whole family too, with a waterpark, zip line adventures, horseback riding, river tubing, mini-golf, gold & gem mining, award-winning vineyards, a local brewery, unique shops, amish bakeries, antiquing, great local & German cuisine, and much more!
Our mountain chalet was built in 2005. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living spaces, and a kitchen and dining area. There's more than 1000 sq. ft. of wrap around porches to take in the majestic mountain views. When you're ready to relax after a long day of exploring all the area has to offer, slip into the hot tub with a glass of wine or make s'mores in the camp fire out back.
There is a smart doorbell installed by the front door with audio and video recording capabilities for security purposes.

Ritz on the Rocks was everything we hoped it would be! The beautiful house has spectacular views of the North Georgia mountain sunsets. The beds were very comfortable and the well-appointed kitchen was great for fixing our family meals. The roomy two living rooms gave us plenty of room for our entire family to enjoy the stay. The horseshoe pit and cornhole set were fun. The teens in the group enjoyed the firepit and s'mores on the last night. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay great!

Beautiful cabin and the view is perfect! Will definitely try and book this cabin the next time we visit. Owner was very accommodating and easy to reach!!
