The Space:
This two-story luxury home has so much comfort and character, you and your party may never want to leave! This forest villa hosts lots of modern amenities that you're going to love, from the jetted tub to the game room and pool table. House was nice. It can use a deep cleaning. Blinds are pretty dirty. WiFi kept cutting out. Annoying when on line or watching tv. Cookware definitely needs to be replaced.

House was fantastic. Well equipped and the many beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table, poker table and cornhole. We were disappointed that the fireplace was not working but other than that is was great!

This pet friendly property had a lot to offer.Pros: The home was lovely, spacious, had awesome outdoor space, pool table, parking for 4 vehicles, etc. We loved the space!Cons: My husband (65m) and I(56f) rented the space to visit family members that are older than us that live in the area. We invited them to stay with us but they declined because they couldn't navigate the stairs. There are a lot of stairs at this property that can be a challenge if you have bad knees. Also, this property is located up a mountain. The road is Very narrow and curvy with many switchbacks and speed bumps. Just to be clear, the road is Absolutely safe and we had no issues navigating it but our older visiting relatives found it challenging and made sure they left our rental during daylight. The Host: We contacted our host upon arrival and informed them that the tvs (there's 6 of them) weren't working and the ice maker wasn't working. We talked to a lovely girl (we think her name was Amber) who tried to help us. Via phone, she realized that the tvs weren't connecting to the internet so she walked us thru how to connect the tvs to the internet. When we went to watch the main TV the next day, the TV is saying not enough memory . The error was displaying delete apps or insert a memory card. I sent a few messages to the host about this and the ice maker and they never got back to us. With the amount of spent on this property, we expected better Communication and better Customer Service.
