Decompress at this beautifully appointed unit with a short walk to the beach, or sit on the dock of the bay. Located in the heart of Captiva, "Sea Dreams" puts you right by the island's best restaurants and activities. This beautiful three bedroom two and one half bath condo with floor to ceiling windows overlooks the gulf of Mexico. Walk up the stairs and enter the living room where you will find those beautiful Captiva views, continue on and find yourself in the dining room where you can comfortably seat 6. You will find the kitchen fully stocked with all of your basic cooking needs. The first guest bedroom you will find is situated with two twin beds and a smart tv for all of your streaming entertainment. The upstairs guest bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, lots of storage for your luggage and clothing, and a smart tv. The large master suite features a king size bed, double closets, a large master bathroom with spa tub, separate shower and granite countertops.
The best of both worlds Captiva Shores stretches from Gulf to Bay, includes boat dockage, a large tropical headed pool and is walking distance to many restaurants and small shops. Where the dream of stepping out of your front door and walking directly onto the white sandy beaches of Captiva come true!

This is a fabulous unit for families, or couples sharing an accommodation. It's beautifully designed and furnished, with a lovely master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom containing a huge jetted tub on the second floor, and 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and a half bath with laundry, on the first floor (plenty of closet and dresser space in the rooms, also). The kitchen, living and dining areas have a direct, unobstructed view of the beach and gulf waters right across the street, and contain comfortable furniture, as well as a sleeper sofa (with linens for it stored in the living room armoire). The kitchen is well equipped, although we didn't actually cook (we were on vacation......who wants to do the work of cooking?), and there's a grill at the bottom of the stairs for this unit, as well as a foot washing/shower area to remove the sand before entering the unit. The coffee maker is a Keurig, so plan to arrive supplied with your favorite K-cups! There is a ton of beach equipment in the covered area under the unit, both sitting in the covered area as well as in the built-in storage locker down there. There are stairs to access the unit, as it's on pillars and parking (for 2 cars) is underneath, so if mobility is an issue a different facility would be a better choice. The property has a lovely, good sized, swimming pool, with plenty of loungers, bathrooms, and a foot wash and shower to rinse off the sand before entering the pool, and the bay and docks are just a very short walk through the property. The "starter" supplies were great, as it gave us time to figure out what we were actually going to need more of, the welcome gift was a wonderful surprise, and the management company was fabulously responsive and accessible when we had any questions. We have no complaints, other than not having enough time there.........but, that's down to losing 2 days of our stay due to the airlines imploding. We highly recommend this rental property for staying on Captiva!!!
